In addition to proper disc chipper manufacturing line, project development and new disc rotors from any source are also available at Demuth.

The project is based on rotors assembling drawings and / or existing measures, as well from assembling components, which are currently manufactured by Demuth for several clients.

Analysing technical details and using the assistance of a CAD / CAM system, Demuth performs a complete study from assembling interfaces, when existing working interfaces are eliminated and, tolerances and needed parameters are added, always searching for the perfect working, yelding and generated chip quality.

Full Component Inspection

All raw materials used to manufacture a disc rotor, shaft and accessory parts are submitted to ultra-sound and penetrating liquid test procedures, in order to properly find eventual fails that ends up compromising material structure.

Assembly

Dimensional inspections during all the machining process, guarantee the requested dimensional precision for the parts, getting perfect assembling sets.
